Car Service City

I took my car back to car service city as it was still under the guarantee the offered me after fixing the wires in my car, the manager is so rude, not helpful, quick to push the blame back to you forgetting that they give you a guarantee for the job they do. You actually have to be behind his back for him to do a simple thing like update you on how far are they with fixing your car. I went to take my car from them today and he refused to give me a guarantee or even an invoice to show what they did to my car the only thing I got from him was a job card that he wrote by hand that a '' Max'' said there is no guarantee on the electrical work they do (but they gave it to me, what changed or do their policies change daily?). To make things worse he didn't even give me his name but the only thing he said to me was that ''you can take it further I don't care all I know is you wont win''<br> <br> Personally I would not recommend that branch to any of my family or friends I honestly regret trusting them with my car.<br> <br> NEVER AND NEVER AGAIN I want to experience such service from people that depend on us to bring our cars for them to put food on their table.<br> <br> THEY SUCK!!!
