Car Service City

I took my car to Car Service City and we were told they will have to do an engine overall and had to pay R22000, which I payed. 2 weeks later the car has no power we sendvit back and we are told we have to pay R23500 for clutch plate and timing chain kit. While they had the car they drove 30km with my car saying they wanted tocheck if it was fixed.
