Car Service Center Montague Gardens and Head Office

Since 05/10/21 I'm trying Car Service City Montague Gardens and their Head Office to commit to repair my cars air-conditioning system that failed to work after the service center did work on my car. Their initial diagnostics of the car shows it was in working order when the car was brought in fir repairs and a service. The head office expects me to run around to get more tests done at my expense, loosing time at work, to obtain more tests results so they can compare it to their finds. I had to constantly follow up with phone calls and emails to find out whats the status on their part. It's been 2 weeks, since last I spoke to their head office and there's no feedback if I done initiat it.

Extreamly poor after sales service!

I can still expect it from a service center but from their head office, shame full to say the least. I'm tired of their stalling technique to try and make this issue to go away.
