Car Service brakpan terrible customer service

I received the most terrible customer service from Car Service City in Brakpan. After dropping my car off they used my car to drop me off, the car I'm taking inn for fixing. I thought is may be morning and there are no cars to drop me off. I stay sonneveld which is 12min away. Later again they used my car to pick me up, I was so irritated and told them their service is bad. They even washed my car but a 12 year older would have done better. I also promised all will be done by 2pm I was no my way to a family commitment and had to cancel, cause they come 4:30pm. If you now what's better for you don't use them
