Car service

<p>Took my car in for 120000k/ms service yesterday (19th of may 2016) they told me it came in late they can only do it the next day which is today. no call from the dealer all day then I decide to call them around 3, got thru to Nthabiseng who told me that my service lady is Jacqui and she is busy with a client she will call me back . As i wait still nothing. then i tried to call back again ask Nthabiseng to check if my car is done, guess what nothing has been done on my car, the car is still under the service book as I have extend it long ago. but no one bothered to call me and tell me they not going to check or service my car today!</p> <p> </p> <p>ok, i ask them to pick me up so that i get my car and ask Jaquie why is the car not done, no drivers to come to Sandton i must make a plan to come and get my car as per Nthabiseng. Jaquie calls me to tell me there’s a quote she just did and she needed the owners authorization but as the owner i didn’t get any call all day from them . she tells me she was busy, am at work carless frustrated and I ask a friend to drop me off. i get there Jacquie tells , she can’t say much to me as she has kids to get to and left me standing there next to the car, and told me i can take it up with her manager Hendrick!</p> <p> </p> <p>In this case as an unhappy client no apology from her. nothing!</p> <p>My service still not done she doesn’t even tell me what going to happen next!</p> <p> </p>
