Car service

I’m not happy with the service I got from car service city based in Polokwane. I took my car for a major service on the 9th May 2024 than surprisingly on the 14th May 2024 it broke down, now tell me how is that even possible, now they telling me that my car is leaking water and it has damaged the engage now tell me how is that possible.
