Car service

I took in my car for service at Pretoria Gardens and they called me to give me a report back. When i came back my striped and my alternator in my boot , all this was done without my permission. i asked them to put my car back together and they wanted to charge me for striping it, i was like....who asked you to do that ?

I had to tow my car out of there, when i had drove it in. And that manager lady was full of disrespect, i preferred talking to the one at the counter.
