BRUMA Branch - EXCELLENT service and 100% customer satisfaction!!

<p>In a time where poor service has become somewhat of an expectation it is truly such a wonderful experience when you receive EXCELLENT service from start to finish when dealing with a company.</p> <p> </p> <p>From the very first phone call enquiring about pricing, I already knew it was going to be a good experience. All the staff where friendly, helpful and efficient from making the booking for the service, the service itself and dealing with Vaida and the other team members at the BRUMA branch was GREAT!</p> <p> </p> <p>BUT what really stood out for me was the extremely helpful manner in which we were assisted after the service. When I went to pay, the swipe machine bombed out as there was no paper in the machine. We did the transaction again as we thought it didn’t go through.</p> <p> </p> <p>The next morning I received an email to say that the transaction did indeed go through twice and that I needed to please send through a statement and banking details for a refund. Being a small privately owned company this was a huge issue for me as it was month end. I sent through the information shortly after 5 yesterday afternoon and today the money was paid back into my account! No nonsense like you have to wait 21 working days etc like some other places.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also received a mail from Vaida to confirm that the money had been paid back and to check my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>So once again, THANK YOU CAR SERVICE CITY BRUMA for EXCELLENT service and 100% customer satisfaction!!</p>
