Big Companies Servicing your Cars the over charging

I took my car in left it there and was called back in 2 hours informing me that what needs to be replaced with the Minor services that was required. I feel that this is surely an unfair appraisal as they informed me first off that the Minor service will only be R1700.00, Then on the phone call they went up to R8000, As the minor service does not include Platinum spark plugs nor airfilters that need to be replace. Then they opted that the breaks needs to be replaced and break drums needs to be sceamed as well. After carefull negotiating we settle on R5245, But on later inspection , the breakpads that was taken out is not even half way down, I phoned Nissan Cape town and found out that the car does no need Bosch Platinum Spark Plugs as was insisted on, and that the whole Minor Service Kit with all the Filters and spark plugs costs only R845 from Nissan for my car model. On Inspection of the invoice that I paid, I have been micro billed for labour on everything that was done including cleaning the car that was not done what so ever. This is poor servise and a *******.
