Being croeked by Car Service City

Bad service I have ever received! I took my car in for full service in ur Eloff branch, where I was charged R1 850 after ur false marketing of R895 Major Service advert. I did not have a problem of paying it, after that I was called and being told of other things that they need to replace which calculated to R3850. I also didn't have a problem to pay. My big problem came when I fetched my car and noticed that my windows are no longer opening and there is no one who wants to take a responsibility, instead they told me that if they fix them I will have to pay. I was assisted by the guy whom I believe is a branch manager there and was rude and harsh to. I then contacted the head office where I also did not get help, spoke to Vanessa who promised to get back to me which she did not do. I then called again after about three hours of waiting, and I had to leave a message with the receptionist who asked me to leave my contact details as Vanessa was still busy on the other line. I waited another two hours for Vanessa's call and had to call again. Now I need someone to make me understand, how possible is to book my car with working windows and suddenly my windows r no longer working after the service? And again being expected to fix them at my cost. I am not gonna keep quiet about this until someone take a responsibility of this mess.
