Be careful of getting what you paid for

I booked my car in for a service. First off the branch had just been changed from a Moto Lube to a Car Service City so there was a little discrepency of the R200 fifference in the two service quotes. Moto Lube charges R1795 while Car Service City charges R1595. Anyway, late morning i get a call that the vehivle requires new break pads and an engine flush, which would push the bill to more than R4000. To top it off the front tires were swapped around to alternate tred, Here in is my complaint. The company charged me R450 for wheel alignment and did not do it. My car is veering off to the left and when i went in the owner/manager is happy for me to go and have it done at the company he uses BUT i have to take it in myself ... and it will take an hour of my time. <br> Im furious. its shoddy and unprofessional. Beware what you are charged for and check for proof that all work has been completed before you drive away.
