Bad treatment and dishonesty from car service city bruma

I am very disappointed for the treatment I got from car service city bruma , these people play me big time . Last I service my car with them I aphid alot of money , it was mager service, then they told me if I make another mager service with them , I will be qualified for next mager service for free . So I did that , in December when went for my free mager service, they said oh no they because my service time is not due , so if they service my car I will have to pay for , but my free service still stand . I said ok, and the company I work for paid the service for me . Now my mager service is due to be done , I even got a notification from them , they are telling they can not do it because my last service was paid from the company that I work for . I asked them is there any problem? They said no just the company I work for paid my last service meaning I am no longer qualified for my free mager service. I asked them I was that part of the conditions to be qualified? They said no , I just realized that these people no serious at all
