Bad service received

On Friday the 29th of November 2019 my aunt took her car to Car Service City n Boksburg for a major service. My aunt had a complaint about the car using lots on water. on return she was informed that the ac radiator was said to be leaking water. Since receiving the car all of a sudden the car is leaking water to the inside of the car and smoking. None of this occurred before the car was sent for the major service. When speaking to the manager I was told that it was just a co-incidence that this has now happend. What the f???????
