BAD SERVICE FROM CAR SERVICE CITY

I took my car to Car Service City on the 3rd of February and requested a standard service and other things, they did the service on my car and two days later, the car is smoking heavily when I did not have this problem before. <br> I was also really annoyed at the fact that they also took my car for a 20 KM spin, which I have photographic evidence of, and they are denying this. I sent the head office my complaint and all Natasha Botha could offer me was a 10% discount on wiper blade fittings, she refused to acknowledge the fact that they had driven my car for 20kn even after sending her the photos of my milleage when I dropped the car off and when I picked the car up. I am very disappointed at the service from this place and I would recommend that everyone stay away from them!
