Bad Service- car service city Alberton

Car service city Alberton is the worst ever. I took my car in for a service and a week after the car started making a funny humming noise. I was on the highway and my car broke down, we contacted a tow truck who took us to a mechanic he knew. After the mechanic checked it out he noticed that it was the v belt that was giving us a problem, the same belt that was replaced. The belt was either put in incorrectly or a second hand one was put in because the mechanic gave me the belt he took out and it looks worse than the belt that was in for the past 4 years. I had then tried to call Car Service Cory Alberton (bear in mind they close at 13:00) and the call was not answered as it is “out of business hours”. I called as 12:39. I will be calling again on Monday. This is unacceptable!
