Bad service, Bad Attitude and no accountability

1.Damaged my vehicle and do not want to take accountability for it. . Documents were not signed by us, now someone impersonating us, forged signatures. I have requested all the times and date of recordings, the branch and Head office say they will only release the recordings to MOISA or RMI.

2. Falsely advertise 15% discount on the socia media platforms, when questioned, branch comes up with a story that I made the booking the month prior, when proved the fact that the branch is laying , they say I should lay the complaint with MOISA or RMI

3. Owner calls me, shouting and swearing at me.

4. Owner's son is the Branch Manager and has a stinking attitude, saying via whatsapp we are no longer welcome at the branch .... after They damaged my vehicle.
