Bad service and no response from Car service city Lynwood rd

<p>Goodday</p> <p>I took my vehicle to car service city on the 19 th of august to fit a new timing belt. on the day their receptionist contacted me and informed that they need to replace the timming belt cover. but they wil only get the part on next wednessday I agreed and fetch my car the following day and payed in advance for the new cover. I booked my car for today 02/09/2016 to replace the cover. When I got their this morning no one was aware of my booking and did not even no where the part is. the Guy told me he will phone me during the day becouse the lady who booked the service is not working there any more. I phoned again later today and the guy was to busy to talk to me. I m still waiting for feed back I even e-mailed them and their head office but dont get any response.</p> <p>I want Car service city to refund me I dont want their service any more.</p>
