Bad service and experince

Poor service and customer service. Took my car to them for service. On my arrival to collect my car I had to refill water and ask them for break fluid coz it was below the minimum. My car started leaking oil and the advised its sump seal. I took it to another service provider for sump seal repair and they found a mess, the bolt had excesssive silicon and it was refusing to come out. They had to cut it out. To my surprise they say the vehicle was serviced yet the bolt wasn’t coming out and the oil was black. They keep covering their tracks for mistakes they have done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to them.
