BAD SERVICE AND ARROGANT CENTRE

<p>Took our car to Car Service City Benoni more than once for the same problem. They charged my motor plan R4500.00 to replace a mass air flow sensor (this after 2 diagnostics showed there was nothing wrong with it). After querying this amount they confirmed that it is not right but still did nothing to correct the matter. After receiving our car back the second time (still not fixed) their mechanic arrogantly told us there is nothing more they can do and we should take the car to VW. We then took our car to VW Clinic who picked up the problem almost instantly and the problem is nothing close to what Car Service City picked up. Now my motor plan is refusing to pay for this (they are saying CSC should have returned my car repaired & they overcharged on the first invoice they are liable for the costs) after speaking to the owner of Car Service City she said that she will sort this out, then arrogantly sends an e-mail that she will only pay part of the invoice and this only out of goodwill (we had another fight because of the mass air flow sensor) and that the coil pack VW Clinic is quoting is not the problem on our car but the turbo leaking oil is the problem. I then paid the rest of the invoice and got my vehicle back today (from VW Clinic) as good as new. The coil pack, breather pipe, and gasket were replaced. DO NOT EVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ARROGANT, ****** AND NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTATED.</p>
