Bad Service

My car was sent for diagnostic ,but nothing was done to the car because there was no report when I ask them where is the report they showed me a something from the Machine which didn't meaning anything to me because they were not able to tell me what was wrong with my car .

On arrival they ask what's wrong with the car I told them I suspect that the spark plugs got oil

After any hour they called me saying that that I need to pay R11000,00 because the tarpit cover need to be replaced and spark plugs

My don't have no problem with spark plugs and nothing wrong with tarpit Cover
