Bad service

Not happy with car service city, I laid a formal complaint on the 29th of August, till now I have not received any feedback, I’ve send another email to advise me with the progress of my complaint, still nothing….. I took my car to emalahleni branch and they did something on my car, my car started leaking and I had to pay R700 to be fixed after I’ve paid 10k for service…. Bad service
