bad service

I took my fisrt car there last year 2014 for major service FHZ 319 Mp which I paid R1500 where there was a noise in the engene after they claimend they serviced the car. I told them about the noise that is there now as it was not there when I took the car there they said I must bring the car back then claimend I damaged the car they demanded me that I pay R17000 which I did for my Ford ka 1.3. .this year I took my peugeot 206 1.6 2004 for full service I was charged R2100 there were no brake pads changed or anything because the car still shows the word stop on the dashboard when I asked they said they can't remove it and I have to pay extra amount. Am tired of this garage they are ripping us customers off.
