bad service

i took my car on the 29 August 2018 for a major service to the branch in eloff street,came back switching off had to get my car towed home arranged for them to sort it out took it back yesterday still not fixed towed it back as now its not going into gear and they used all my petrol ,they service is HORRIBLE instead of serving my car the messed it up........................
