Bad service

Hi There Last year I used the abovementioned company to service my car I was not happy with the service they gave me instead my car had lot of faults of which I addressed the matter with then three times and they referred to other workshops instead which makes me very angry because am struggle to run my day to day business because my car is not up to standard, first my wheel covers were removed and they couldn't find them for number of days and my hooter was not working still not up to scratch, my air conditioning not working at all. I had to refill gas many but still not working. Oil deep stick faulty , my cabriole also broken, my radiator was broken due to my air conditioning not working which I had to replace. I am telling you the list is endless and I would like the to know then why do we use these companies whereas I had paid the full amount for breaking my car
