BAD SERVICE!!

<p>So we took our car to Car City Service and asked them to check for problems with the clutch and gearbox and report back to us. The guy said no the clutch is fine but the gearbox lingage is faulty and we need to fix it. After fixing it we drove for 4 days without any problems at all. But then suddenly the clutch is NOT releasing, so we cant change gears sometimes. Now we took the car back and the guy said, No we need to replace the clutch and he will not take liablity for it. Then when we asked why it was not reported or picked up by the 62 point check, his response was that they didn't open it and it was just a visual check. AND also they couldn't drive the car to see if there was anything wrong with it. My question now, WHat should I do? and whats the use for doing a 62point check if they are not really doing anything but wasting your time?</p>
