Bad service

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Car Care Service City in Strydom Park. I took my car in during their Black Friday special, expecting a major service at half price. However, they only performed a minor service, failing to replace my spark plugs as requested. To make matters worse, they didn't even inform me of the omission.

It wasn't until I returned a week later, noticing the issue, that they replaced only one spark plug. Now, I'm forced to pay additional funds to have the remaining spark plugs replaced elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Car Care Service City due to their subpar service and lack of transparency.
