Bad job done

I took my car to car service city on the 9th of September 2019 for a service and also asked to fix anything that might need to be fixed, on the 1st of this month my car was smoking and when I asked at the petrol station they said the is no oil and I bought 5l and I took the car back to car service city and they drained the oil and put a new one and said I should wait for for two weeks and now I'm using taxies to go to work because it's bad. I'm really disappointed with the service as I do not think they see the emergency to fix whatever as I do.
