bad engin repairs

On the beginning of Des 2014 I took my car in for repairs which I was quoted for just over R6000 After paying g the amount I received the vehicle Back and it still did the same.e thing before the repairs was done avail I contacted them and they took the car back and quoted me a other R5000 to fix again.I paid the amount and yet again there was problems with the car.I contacted the shop and asked why and I was told I had to rPlace the idling valve control and radiator witch I did and no change at all.Again I contacted the shop and nothing further happened no assistance nothing.So whydid I pay o er R11000 for a car to be fixed and yet it ztill has tbe same trouble as before.after complaining to the call center I was told one of the mamagers will call me back .That was beginning feb 2015 and im still waiting<br>
