Bad Customer Service, they do not perform full diagnostic checks properly!!!

Experienced very poor customer service at the Meadowdale branch. Both the branch and the head office customer service have no care for the customer, their answers are to defend their company and give you the next quote. I did a major service which is supposed to include a full diagnostic check, but they were not able to identify that my brake caliper needed servicing. So less than a month after my service I was already having problems and they cannot admit to the fact that they were supposed to have told me about this issue. Very unhappy with your service!!!!
