Bad Customer Service from CSC Bloem branch

I am very disappointed with the service I received from the Car Service City Bloemfontein branch. I took my car to them on Friday 30/08/2024 for minor service and oil leakage, they fixed that after they done the car turned on the EPC light and the car had no power driving also struggling to start they phoned on Monday letting me know about the problem and they told me they were working on fixing my car and giving it back to me driving as I booked it in driving and the agreement was that I am not the one who's going to cover the costs it is them since they are they ones who knows what they did to the car for it to turn on the EPC and cause all the problems. I got the email yesterday from JP Booyens saying Car Service City will not be liable of the costs of fixing the car since they found the fuse that is bridged in the car which I did not know about all I know is that my car went there driving and now it is not. NOT ONLY THAT there is also a Dent on my car which was not there when I booked my car in
