Bad communication

Service from the receptionist was good but I Don’t really like how they did me bad! Took my car for service and left it with a range of about +-179km range. When I came to fetch the car it’s on a range of 39kms. Trips have been removed to see where the car has been. The only explanation I got from the receptionist was that they do take the car out but for only for a little mileage which can’t explain where my car went. No I have to go to my tracker and see where my car actually traveled ??♀️?
