Bad bad service, you’ll ruin our cars!!!

I took my car for service at Northmead and nothing was done on the car except for oil and oil filter but no plugs where changed, air filter not touched, nothing. Why would you make us pay so much only for our cars to be even more damaged because I’m a woman and don’t even check such things in my car now I am paying again for what I paid for, no this is unfair
