****** at Celtis Ridge, do not take your vehicle here, boycott at all cost

I took my car for service to the Celtis ridge branch, Ford Figo, minor service. I was told they would call me regarding any additional work, no call came. Eventually I called and they told me about aircon filter. When I got the car back, I drove a distance of 70km, and then heard a strange rattling noise coming from the vicintiy of the handbrake, and noticed the timing was off as the car was revving very high on stand still. I went back, and they asked me to bring the car this morning. I took it, and a mechanic came with me for a test drive, I pointed out the noise and the high rev, he gets back to the centre, and tells me he heard nothing and felt nothing. When I went to the reception, a young white man sitting there, tells me there is nothing he can do, and the warranty given to me is of no use to me, I told him I will contact head office, and take the car to be checked by another mechanic and get a report, and then I will take legal action, He got aggressive, and so did I, we had a shouting battle, where he used vulgar language, threatened me and called me a Koolie, clealry I was cheated, no work was done, I want my money back, I will also be laying a case of ****** against your company and against the young man working at the reception.
