Assistance in repairing my car

When I required assistance in repairing my car due to a misfire I needed to have diagnostics done to determine what was causing the problem. It showed no problem and after getting really bad assistance from the dealership and them wanting a to over charge me for replacing the coil pack I called Car Service City for a quote. There quote was amazingly the most affordable. During them replacing the coil pack they found the plug lead was also broken. None of the Merc agents had stock and they were willing to keep my car until I got the part. I found the plug elsewhere and my car is now sorted. I want to thank them for not only being about making money but for assisting me to get my car sorted and me mobile again.
