Asking R1900.00

On Monday the 11th of May 2015 my vehicle a peogeout 206 broke down as I left work at 4.30pm there was no clutch on my vehicle engine was still running but i was to scared to drive the vehicle I than called Gary at Car service city Horizon as they did a my vehicles clutch cable on the 10th of February 2015 with a 6 month gaurentee I called them thinking it might have something to do with that and as it is the middle of the month no money to fix anything that is gonna cost me money .Gary than told me they are closing at 6pm and they dont have a tow truck available the guy is out I than called my insurance first for women who towed my vehicle to them but they only received it from a towing company the next morning.I than called Car service city they told me that my vehicle just arrived asked them what the problem is Gary told me that they have to check and will call me back .Gary than called me and told me to strip and quote will cost R1900 and if they dont do the job for my car to be released i will have to pay the R1900 which i feel the amount is abit ridiculos I than asked him how much will it be more or less for the damage he said he cant say he will have to strip it and said
