Appalling service/ theft

In February this year, my boyfriend and I came through to Johannesburg. On route there was a problem with my car. Not knowing any decent car repair shops, we Googled, and came across car service city. They first said that it was the petrol pump and charged us R10 000.00 for the repairs. It took them a week to repair, and as we were on our way back home, we didn't get as far as Petoria, and the car started giving the exact same problems again. We turned around and brought the car directly back to them. I accidently left my gold inherited ring in the car. The next day early that morning we phoned them to ask them to keep the ring safe. They said they couldn't find it. So it was ****** without as much as an apology. Never the less, we literally had to take the car back to them seven times, on every occasion it was a new problem, and whenever we got the car back there was something else wrong. Literally. After them having it, the electronics started to mess around... The list is on going. Regardless of the six month warrantee. We stopped taking it back to them. The service is terrible, they really don't know what they are doing and, the manager has a horrible attitude on her!!
