Appalling service by *********** ****** CSC Midrand

<p>I took my car in for diagnostics and repair to CSC on Tuesday. I was told they will call me the same day to give feedback but 6 hours later nobody had bothered to call me. I phoned the centre and was told the mechanic was busy with my car. The following day Mandla phoned me to tell me it's the fuel pump and it will cost me R11 000. I rejected their price and he reduced it to R7 000 which I still rejected because proper diagnostic was not done. He inspected the car visually without using any machine and he told me with confidence that they couldn't do diagnostics because the car wouldn't start. In essence they were doing "trial & error" with my car and I still had to pay the R513 00 although they couldn't produce a report. I decided to take my car to someone who is competitive and that's where Mandla turned nasty. I demanded a printed copy of diagnostic report and he told me that their machine does not print, actually they don't have a machine. Actually what did I pay for? I would advise female customers not to even take their car to CSC New Road because of incompetence and very poor service!</p>
