Appalling service

Booked a service almost 3 weeks in advance. Confirmed the day before. I told Thabo I must wait for my vehicle as it is only a minor service. Arrive 30 minutes before opening time The same Thabo now tells me a long story about getting my back only late in the afternoon. When I asked him why he made promises the previous day he could not keep, he simply says thats what it is. When I told him I want to cancel the service, he simply says “that’s fine. I don’t care”. That is the problem with Car Service City. They don’t care.
