********* and Pathetic Service

I unfortunately had a terrible experience Car Service City Springs, despite their seemingly good reviews.

They charged me R17 000 to fix my vehicle and they did not fix anything. I complained about a coolant error, a service vehicle soon error, and defective front brakes.

They slapped me with a R17 000 bill, which I sadly paid, and I still have all of the above issues. In fact, the brakes on my vehicle are now in a worse condition than it was before I took it in!!! The car was with them for over a month before they sent me a quote.

When I asked them for a report on what was done, they simply ignored me. They are quick to ***** your money, but are even quicker to run for cover when you ask questions. Car Service City ought to be ashamed of themselves for treating a paying customer this way.

To the people of Car Service City: If I provided you with a service that you paid for and you asked for a report afterwards, how will you feel when I disappear with your money and ignore you? Please answer me.

This is absolutely disgusting and I will be lodging a formal complaint with RMI against this place. I would strongly suggest other consumers rather to avoid this place and find someone more reputable.
