******* and no sense of customer service

If I had the option to give no stars, I would. They rip you off left and right and then try to get more money from you the next time. I booked and paid for a major service with them in 2021. They gave me a quotation for a major service telephonically and that is also what I paid after the service. I booked my car only for a minor service in 2022 with a different provider and then I took my car in again this morning to Car Service City Hennopspark for a minor service and was told that I am due for a major service. I told them that they did a major service two years ago, so it should only be a minor service, but they said their records show that they only did a minor service in 2021. I tried to explain that I booked and paid for a major service, but they insisted that it was only a minor service. I am a woman and don't know what is supposed to be done during a minor or major service and I don't know how to check what they actually did and what they have not done, so when I request a major service, I trust that that is what they will do. If they had any sense of customer service, they would have offered to do the major service today at the cost of a minor service, since I paid for a major service two years ago and only received a minor service. But obviously they lack in that department too. Needless to say, I took my car and drove away.
