Absolutely worst than the worst

Serviced vehicle in november 2017 invoice said sparkplugs changed, car started jerking and smoking in April 2018. After investigation car service city never changed the sparkplugs and the plug on piston 4 broke and ******ed up the engine, qoute new engine R94 000, repair R30 000. Asked about the warranty that they say is 6momths or 10 000km,my car did 4000km and it failed in 5 months time,at car service city the owner just said the system made a mistake not his problem. I will not even take my wheelbarrow to car service city for a service, absolutely disgusted and disappointed in Car service city, i do not recommend them at all.
