ABSOLUTE ******* AND ************

<p>Yesterday my husband took my car to have a diagnostic test done. First they advertise that they will drop you off if the distance is 5km or less. They didnt even offer to drop my husband anywhere, he had to make his own way home. They apparently did the diagnostic test but didnt bother to let myself or my husband know that the car was ready. Then after he picked me up I asked to see the results of the test. He gave me the only thing they gave him which was an invoice for R513 with "work to be done" written on it and what they had apparently picked up. They told him they had cleared all the codes. I then phoned them and asked them to email me the result prinout of the test, they told me they couldn't do it because the technician doesnt print out the test. I PAID FOR A DIAGNOSIC TEST, not an invoice. I have a right to get the FULL RESULT PRINTOUT, not a stupid invoice that tells me nothing. When I contacted an autoelectrician to help me he said it is ridiculous that they didn't give a printout to which I agreed and he told me he would have to run his own test so that he could see what the results were. I have now paid R513 for NOTHING! Car Service City said they can't do the repairs and now the useless piece of paper they have given me means I cannot get it repaired anywhere else either without having to pay for yet another diagnostic test. </p>
