Absolute incompetence

Took my car in for a major service and to replace the rear main engine seal.
Get the car back and the seal is still leaking oil and lots of black smoke from the exhaust.
They tell me the oil must be changed to stop the black smoke. Take the car back and turns out the vacuum tube had comoe loose which I googled and told them about and took the car to them twice for before booking it in a 2nd time.
Get the car back after the 2nd time and now what used to be a drop of oil leaking from the seal when I took it to them initially is now about 1/2 cup of oil on the garage floor and now also leaking from another seal. Checking the dipstick they have overfilled with oil about 1cm above max. Googled overfilling with oil and there are dozens of posts saying this will cause oil seal failure.
Already they have had the car for 7 1/2 days and now when I take it back a third time it will be at least another 2 days. So 9 1/2 days of my holiday spent without a car due to their incompetence.

And they have also broken off the bonnet arm rest, they bent the dipstick and have dirtied the seats with their overalls.
Whatever you do, do not take your car to Car Service City

Just to follow on from my post:

Car Service City Modderfontein assured me the car would be fixed and ready in 2 days after taking it back to them a third time and Mike there said he would keep me posted on progress.

After absolutely no word from Mike during these 2 days I phone him an hour before close of business on the 2nd day and he tells me they haven't been able to fix the car. This caused a huge problem and he could have notified me as I told him I need the car the next day to drive to a game reserve. So because I was kept in the dark and they took 2 1/2 weeks to do absolutely nothing I had to arrange at the last minute the next morning a car rental and to pick up my car to take it to Cargo Motors before leaving for the reserve.

Cargo Motors then informs me that because the car started leaking so much oil (which is what their poor worksmanship caused) oil had seeped into the clutch and now that must also be replaced.

So I paid Car Service City Modderfontein R2377 to replace the rear main engine seal and got the car back with the seal still leaking and because of their poor workmanship the clutch must now also be replaced at an additional cost of close to R7000.

For this and their incompetence I most certainly will be taking them to court.
