A waste of money and time

Kraaifontein branch. Booked my car in for a service and to fix the issue it had (wheel bearings). Firstly on the day of service, they claimed I didn't book my car in. I had to send them the confirmation email I received. Only then did they accept my car. Secondly they charged such a high price - I had to ask them to do a minor service, but even that was expensive! I took my elsewhere - to get it fixed but not serviced since that had been done. A few months later, to my surprise - turns out the oil was never replaced!! I had to go to get it properly serviced again. These people are ******* and the mechanics hired don't really know their work!!
