A business that lacks service and integrity

<p>Purchased a Willard Battery from the branch in benmore. After 18months I think one of the cells stopped working. I took the battery back to them. After dealing with an *********** worker to just tested the battery and said its fine and then told me I should just pay R1650 to buy a new one. </p> <p>When one of the other staff members there finally helped me they told me that the battery is out of warranty and I have no other choice to but to buy a new one. </p> <p>I decided NOT to buy another battery from these ****** and called Willard directly. Willards service was fantastic. They told me they changed all their warranties on their batteries last year to 24 months. They sent me a new battery free of charged and delivered it straight to my door. </p>
