Worst car repair experience
took my car to Car Service City Mahikeng after I discovered a water leak. Date was 30th April. Kamogelo (employee) assessed my car for check-in and did not notice a dent on my car. The following week on the 6th May, they sent me the pictures when they had stripped the front part in order to access the water pump. In one of the picture, it shows the bonnet open and openning with the correct angel from the inside. The car parts were fitted in the following week that started on the 11th, I then went friday 15th to collect the car. I went home and sunday morning when I wanted to wash the car, I discovered the Dent. Because I knew I did not have such a dent, the dent in the top corner of the bonnet which causes it not to open at the correct angle. It looks like it has shifted because of the an external object that was in beteen the bonnet and the fender. I then went to the pictures they took in their workshop. Only to discover on one of the pictures reflecting the bonnet opening at the correct angle by the time they took the picture in their workshop. I then went back to them on Monday 18th for raise the complaint. Kamogelo called one of the workers to come and verify if they saw the dent when they were working on the car, and he responded that he noticed the dent in question. I showed picture and he disputed the angel of the photo, I asked that they check the phootage and I was told their CCTV is only 7 days. I spoke to the manager (Kgosi), He also says they can't take responsibility with no footage.
