No parts, no refund, down-right arrogant!

<p>Paid R3378 for vehicle parts. Never received them. Was promissed a full refund. Many frustrating phone calls and e-mails later still no refund. Person responsible eventually became very arrogant, rude and nasty. Even a call from a small claims court representative had no effect. Do not support them </p>
