I have deposited the car forR 37 950

I have deposited the car forR 37 950.00 and i paid the deposit of R 15 000 .last year in December. So I have went to them on the date of expired.to make verbal agreements of payments they told me they already sold out the same car to someone else. Without giving me a notice of failure or email to show that I failed to meet the deadline. So I went again to them trying to get the refund they told me iam not getting anything otherwise they will call the police to chase me away from their premises. So can I seat without my R 15000 and the car I have proof of payment. Please advise what must I do to the company name is Salvage car dealer in Pretoria west Mitchell street gauteng.
