Toyota Fortuner bought

<p>I bought a 2015 Fortuner from Car Rep in Boksburg in November last year. The car has been in for repairs a total of six times now. There was literally pieces falling off the car a few weeks after I got it. I've had two separate Toyota dealerships tell me the car has been in an accident and has been very cheaply repaired. Both headlights had to be replaced, the aircon had to be replaced, bolts from the suspension fell out, protective plates started falling off the bottom of car. There is now a sound like something is about to break on the right front wheel. CarRep denies any knowledge of this (off course) but I find this hard to believe and it must mean they either do not check their cars properly or they knew about it and sold it on anyway. They have repaired some issues but for the major gripe that I have they just refer me back to Toyota saying they must repair the issues under warrantee, which they wont do as its physical damage that's caused it. <br />When I wanted to take the owner for a drive last week so he can hear whats wrong, his words to me was he doesn't have time for me and I must take the car to Toyota.<br />I'm in the process of lodging a complaint with the RMI (the ombudsman), but buyer beware, or you might find yourself in the same situation I am in.</p>
