Outrageous quote for a small job

<p>I went to Car Radio Systems in Bellville in March 2016 to get my car radio fixed. The radio would work properly for about 10 minutes while driving and then start fuzzing and lose signal. When I got to the business I told them I would first like to know what is wrong and get a quote. After waiting and waiting with no response, the man who was looking at the radio came out and showed me my car tuner was bent and he already took another tuner (which he got from his workshop-previously used) and replaced it. Labour was about an hour and no other parts used. He billed me R 1150 which I think is totally outrageous for the amount of labour and no new parts used. What also bothered me is that he never came to ask me to go ahead. Will not go there again.</p>
